A place of forbidden seat belts

Can you remember all the times your parents yelled at you for not putting your seat belt on? How you were worried the cops might fine you? Here is a unique place in the world where it is actually a hazard to wear a seat belt! How cool is this place?

    I'm not sure if the risk is worth it, though :)
    But it does sound reasonably safe ...
